I found the recipe for this Cucumber & Radish Salad on page 220 of the April 2012 issue of Real Simple magazine that I got in the mail this weekend, and it has the perfect spring taste.

1 English Cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
4 radishes, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon each Kosher salt and black pepper

Toss all ingredients in a medium bowl, and enjoy.
